I,______________________________________ covenant and agree to the rental of the cart and equipment described herein
subject to the following conditions which I have read and accept.
1. To return the cart and equipment in the same condition as taken.
2. To secure the cart and equipment as appropriate to prevent damage to the cart and/or other vehicles or
property and to operate the cart strictly in accordance with our rules, a copy of which I read and understood.
3. To be fully responsible for all damages and/or losses to cart (value ranging from $6000.00-$9000.00),
equipment and/or other vehicles or property during the rental period.
4. To be fully responsible for and to keep the owner indemnified against all damage and/or injury of every
description which may occur to the cart and equipment or any part thereof or to any person or persons using
the same or to the property of any such person or persons or any other person arising directly or indirectly through my rental
and use of the cart.
5. To comply with all traffic rules and regulations.
6. To accept and pay appropriate service charges for service required as a result of carelessness or neglect on the part of the
renter.
7. Not to operate the cart if I have been consuming any alcohol or drugs that could impair my ability to operate the cart.
8. Not to operate in Town Area.
I acknowledge and accept that the cart will be taken away without a refund if it is driven in the town area or if I
allow anyone under twenty-one years of age or without a valid drivers license to operate the cart or if the governor is
tampered with in any way.
9. By signing this contract, I hereby authorize Elbow Cay Cart Rental to apply any cost necessary for damages to the credit card
